Xiamen Creator Technology Co., Ltd provides professional manufacturing services including but not limited to:

• Rapid Prototyping (CNC machining, 3D printing, vacuum casting)
• Injection Mold Making and Injection Molding
• Die Casting (aluminum, zinc, and other alloys)
• CNC Precision Machining
• Tooling and Fixture Design and Manufacturing
• Production Manufacturing and Assembly
• Quality Control and Inspection Services
• OEM Complete Products
• Electronic Solutions and PCB Assembly
• Silicone Products Manufacturing

3. Quotations and Orders

Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Quotations are estimates based on provided specifications and drawings
• Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual production requirements
• We reserve the right to refuse any quotation request

Orders

• A purchase order or written confirmation is required to initiate production
• Changes to orders after production has started may incur additional costs
• Cancellation of orders may be subject to cancellation fees based on work completed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit (typically 30-50%) may be required before production begins
• Balance payment is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed
• We accept bank transfers (T/T), PayPal, and other approved payment methods
• Late payments may incur interest charges and delay production
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Client Property

All drawings, specifications, designs, and other intellectual property provided by clients remain the property of the client. We will not disclose, copy, or use client intellectual property for any purpose other than fulfilling the client's order without prior written consent.

Mold and Tooling Ownership

Ownership of molds and tooling will be determined by the specific agreement between parties. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, molds paid in full by the client remain client property and will be stored and maintained by us for future production orders.

6. Quality and Specifications

• We manufacture products according to agreed specifications and drawings
• Quality standards will be defined in the quotation or order confirmation
• We maintain ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management systems
• Inspection reports can be provided upon request
• Any defects must be reported within 15 days of receiving goods

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Warranty

We warrant that our products will be manufactured according to agreed specifications and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified.

Disclaimer

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
• Natural wear and tear
• Defects resulting from client-provided specifications or materials

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed
• Shipping terms (Incoterms) will be specified in the quotation
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery as per agreed Incoterms
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data
• These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of business. This includes pricing, technical specifications, designs, and business information. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions. The affected party shall notify the other party promptly and make reasonable efforts to resume performance.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation: Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties may agree to mediation
• Arbitration: Disputes may be submitted to arbitration in Xiamen, China
• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China

13. User Obligations

Users of our website and services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not use the website for illegal purposes
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of the website

14. Changes to Terms
